Are you interested in becoming a volunteer with Phoenixville Fire Department?  Volunteering your time to help support your community is very rewarding to not only you but the people you help by donating your time.   If you are interested in volunteering stop by one of our stations for an application for more information. 

Minimum Requirements
 

• Minimum 14 years of age
• Complete an application with payment of $10.00
• Interview with either a Line Officer
• Obtain First Aid and Community CPR/AED training, within 6 months of membership
• Take in-house blood borne pathogens training class, within 1 month of membership
• All new volunteers will be in a probationary period for 6 months
• All new volunteers must be approved by a Line Officer before riding on apparatus.
